Working with us
How do your design fees work?
Fees depend on the size and scope of the project. After our first meeting and site visit we share a written proposal with the design fee, what is included and an estimated execution budget.
Do you handle execution as well as design?
Yes. Most clients choose design and execution together, managed by our studio with trusted contractors and craftsmen. We also offer design-only services for clients who have their own team.
How long does a project take?
A full apartment usually takes 3–5 weeks to design and 10–14 weeks to build. Villas, cafés and restorations vary — we share a schedule before work begins.
Will I see the design before work starts?
Yes. You approve layouts, 3D views of key spaces, materials and an itemised estimate before anything is ordered or built.
Where do you work?
We are based in Pune and work across the city, Lonavala and Mumbai. We take on select projects elsewhere in India.
Can you work with furniture and art we already own?
Absolutely. We love designing around pieces with history — they make a space feel personal.

Services
Do you design only a few rooms, or the whole home?
Both. Most clients ask us for the full home so the palette and joinery feel consistent, but we also take on a living room, kitchen or master suite on its own.
How long does a full apartment take?
Design usually takes 3–5 weeks. Execution for a 3 BHK typically runs 10–14 weeks depending on scope, custom furniture and site readiness.
Can you work with our brand and kitchen consultants?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with brand designers, kitchen equipment vendors and MEP consultants so the interior, service flow and equipment work as one.
Can you work while our office is running?
Yes. We plan phased or after-hours execution to keep disruption to a minimum.
Do you use modular or carpenter-made joinery?
We recommend what suits the piece. Kitchens and wardrobes are usually factory-made for precision, with feature pieces built by specialist craftsmen.
Can we stay at home during the renovation?
For single rooms, often yes. For larger renovations we usually recommend moving out during the main works — we'll advise after the site visit.
